Planet Shaftesbury’s online meeting on 17th February will focus on planning this event which is part of our exciting collaboration with Shaftesbury School at 17:30 on 17 February 2022
- The event is one of two at the school (the first being for 9-14 yr-olds). The second will be held on 19th May and promoted to older students & parents as well as through Planet Shaftesbury’s usual channels.
- There will be a mix of talks, panel discussion, and film-based around selected UN Sustainable Development Goals for 2030 with topics connected to actions that participants can take in their own lives – making a difference in the Shaftesbury area.
- The event, therefore, engages participants in contributing to a vision of a greener, cleaner, fairer Shaftesbury in 2030 (something we can develop further through other activities).
