Project Groundwork

10 am -12 pm: Gardening & wildlife session

Gary Finch (permaculture teacher) & Mark Spencer (wildlife expert/ BNSS) will introduce you to TOP.

They will teach organic vegetable & fruit growing skills, compost making, good soil practice, basics of propagation.

They will explain the origins of the site & show how garden cultivation & wildlife habitat co-exist

12 – 1pm: Lunch break on site

1pm – 4pm: Art session

Bevis Fenner (artist & teacher) will encourage participants to experiment with creative art techniques in a natural environment.

It is possible to attend the morning or afternoon session, or both.

Please bring a packed lunch. Tea & coffee & art materials will be provided. Wear sturdy shoes (no open footwear) and long trousers. Bring waterproof jacket or umbrella. Compost toilet on site. There is parking on the roads nearby.
