Robin Miller will be presenting a talk entitled “Climate Change and the Tipping Point” – a review of the causes and effects of climate change, including off-planet influences, short and long term, natural and man-made. Robin will cover the exponential increase in global warming since the Industrial Revolution with the recent news that we have now exceeded the ‘tipping point’, and the extreme measures we may need to take to retrieve a stable global climate. As usual, this will be a free entry event (donations welcome) with refreshments available and ample parking in Beres Yard by the museum.
