LandBase seeks to close the gap between rural living and skills, and the lack of structured learning facilities for new entrants to small-scale food production in the UK, by providing affordable, experience led courses for land-workers.
Based at Monkton Wyld in West Dorset, and using successful smallholdings and sustainable farming projects nearby for practical field-based activities, the courses are catered for land owners looking to further their learning, and those from an urban background with little or no formal agri-hortic training.
